| Strain development | Developed by Yoichiro Abe and Masato Yasui, Scholl of Medicine, Keio University. TT2 ES cells were used to generate the mutant mice. PGK-neo cassette was removed by crossing with B6-CAG-FLPe#37 mice. The mutant mice were backcrossed to SJL/J mice. |
