Strain developmentDeveloped by Yoko Aoki and Shin-ichi Inoue, Tohoku University School of Medicine in 2019. BRUCE-4 ES cells were used. C57BL/6 congenic line.
Strain descriptionKnock-in mutants in which a point mutation (A57G) was introduced at Exon 4 of the Rit1 gene. Floxed stop cassette and Frt-flnaked Neo cassette at intron 3 were removed by crossing with Cre mice.
