\u00a0\u00a0Wnt proteins belong to a family of secreted and lipid-modified glycoproteins that can activate intracellular signaling pathways, such as the Wnt\/planar cell polarity, the Wnt\/calcium and the Wnt \u03b2-catenin-or so-called Wnt canonical-signaling pathways. The Wnt canonical pathway during embryogenesis has been intensively studied. However, the role of this pathway in neonatal and adult tissues is unknown. TOP-GAL (RBRC02228) transgenic mouse is a reporter line that can visualize the Wnt canonical pathway by \u03b2-galactosidase activity in adult tissues. This transgenic mouse line was generated with ins-TOPGAL that accurately drives \u03b2-galactosidase expression under TCF\/\u03b2-catenin and will provide you unique opportunities to investigate the function of Wnt canonical pathwayin vivo<\/em>.<\/strong>\n<\/div>\n
