The GOF-18\/delta PE\/EGFP plasmid was injected into the pronucleous of C57BL\/6 fertilized eggs. GOF18\u0394PE was prepared from Oct4 18-kb genomic fragment by deletion in the proximal enhancer (\u0394PE). The Oct4 gene is known to be expressed in primordial germ cells and undifferenciated spermatogonia in new born mice.
