Mar 06, 2020 A collaborative research paper entitled “Pathogenic POGZ mutation causes impaired cortical development and reversible autism-like phenotypes” has been published in Nature Communications by scientists of Osaka University, National Center of Neurology, RIKEN BRC and other several organizations. Drs. Ayabe and Yoshiki, the Experimental Animal Division contributed to the production of POGZ mutant mice by genome editing.
