RIKEN BRC has released RDF-based metadata of IMPC phenotype data

RIKEN BioResource Center (BRC) has released the “International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC) Resource Description Framework (RDF) metadata” which is a modified version of large-scale phenotype data published from the IMPC website. The dataset converted to RDF which is a standardized data format on the World Wide Web is beneficial for data scientists who want to analyze IMPC data in combination with other public datasets such as Uniplot, Ensembl and Reactome. RIKEN BRC aims to contribute for dissemination and expansion of utilities of IMPC data across wider research communities.
