Class A and B pathogens are tested quarterly using sentinel mice by the regular health monitoring in the barrier facility.
However, Hantaan virus (Class A) and dermatophytes (Class B) have been tested semi-annually since August 2013. For the details, please refer to the announcement on monitoring of Hantaan virus and dermatophytes.
